5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

• The Centre does not offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling for missed, unused, or late bookings under any circumstances.

• Exceptions may only be made if the Centre cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility closure), in which case booking credits may be issued at the Centre’s sole discretion.

6. Health and Safety

• By using the Website and participating in Centre activities, you acknowledge that you have consulted with a medical professional and are in good health to participate in physical activities.

• You agree to adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the Centre and to act responsibly while participating in any activities.

12. Court Usage Rules

By booking and using the courts at Paragon Pickleball Sports Centre, you agree to the following rules:

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. No rescheduling, credit, or refund will be issued for missed or unused sessions.

​

• Proper court shoes (non-marking soles) are required while playing to ensure player safety and protect the court surface.

​

• Players must arrive on time. Access to the court is limited to the duration of your booking only.

​

• Please leave the court promptly at the end of your session to respect the next booking slot.

​

• No food or drinks are allowed on the court surface.

​

• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

​

• Any damage caused to the court, net, or facility due to misuse will be the responsibility of the user, and repair costs may be charged.

​

• The Centre reserves the right to refuse access to anyone violating these rules.
