At Paragon Pickleball Sports Centre (“Centre”), we are committed to providing a seamless and organized experience for all players. Please review the following policy carefully before making any bookings.

1. All Sales Are Final

• All court bookings, coaching sessions, packages, and event registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

• Please ensure your availability and commitment before confirming a booking.

2. No Cancellations or Rescheduling

• Once a booking is made, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or rescheduled under any circumstances, including no-shows or late arrivals.

• Bookings that are missed or unused will be automatically forfeited with no credit or refund provided.

3. Special Events and Tournaments

• Payments for events, leagues, and tournaments are also non-refundable.

• In the rare case that the Centre cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. facility closure or extreme weather), a full refund or event credit may be issued at the Centre’s sole discretion.
